THE ADS APPROACH TO DATA ANALYSIS
We always listen closely to those empowered but remember that they may not always have the best solution for the organization.
We strive to provide what is needed, which is not necessarily what they think or want.
With our experience, we’re realized OR (Operations Research) is a change agent, but change is painful and requires small successes first before moving to larger challenges.
Our framework addresses small components of the problem before attempting to solve the big problem.
