A  client had $150 million to invest in projects, but had $250 million in potential projects that would have added value to their company. We developed a capital budgeting model and decision model to help multiple clients establish a process to manage their portfolios of investments and make decisions on what investments they should make.


The client faced an environment where decisions are made under conditions of uncertainty and speed is essential.  We developed decision tools to help the client make better informed decisions and plan for uncertain events. As part of this effort, we also helped the client determine how well their employees performed under the uncertain conditions that they faced.

Clients always face situations where they have limited resources and choices to make on an investment. One client had a $450 million decision and we assisted them by examining the economics, systems, and uncertainties surrounding that decision. We determined the real problem and focused the client elsewhere, saving them over $400 million in investment dollars.

Analyzed location decisions for a client operating in over 40 locations worldwide. Analysis led to potential savings and improved operational effectiveness. Supported other clients with BRAC education, analysis, and consulting services.
