We developed a capital budgeting model and decision model to help multiple clients establish a process to manage their portfolios of investments and make decisions on what investments they should make.

The client faced an environment where decisions are made under conditions of uncertainty and speed is essential. We developed decision tools to help the client make better informed decisions and plan for uncertain events.
