How do we make better strategy decisions in a real-time environment?
One client faced an environment where decisions are made under conditions of uncertainty and speed is essential. We developed decision tools to help them make better informed decisions and plan for uncertain events. As part of this effort, we also helped the client determine how well their employees performed under the uncertain conditions that they faced.
